园林树木落叶水浸提液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

The Effect of Water Extracts of Tree Species on the Germination and Seedling Growth of Wheat Cultivars

摘要: 【目的】了解落叶还田对作物生长的影响。【方法】通过发芽率、根长、芽长、叶绿素含量与POD酶活性的测定,研究4种植物(柳树、重阳木、梧桐、栾树)落叶对5个品种的小麦(农麦1号、烟农19、济麦22、黑马1号、山东22)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】低质量浓度(≤25 g/L)的柳树叶水浸提液促进烟农19和济麦22小麦种子的萌发、根与芽的生长,对其叶片中叶绿素的合成及POD酶的活性无影响;重阳木叶水浸提液抑制5种小麦根的生长与幼苗POD酶的活性;较低质量浓度(≤50 g/L)的梧桐叶水浸提液处理可促进山东22小麦种子的萌发,根的生长,叶片中叶绿素的合成及POD酶的活性,对山东22小麦的进一步生长有利;栾树叶水浸提液处理对5种小麦根和芽的生长及POD 酶活性均有显著的抑制作用,会对小麦的进一步生长不利。【结论】重阳木与栾树落叶不适于还田,低质量浓度(≤25 g/L)的柳树叶还田有利于烟农19和济麦22小麦的生长,适量的梧桐落叶(质量浓度≤50 g/L)还田有利于山东22小麦的生长。

Abstract: 【Objective】 In order to understand the impact of fallen leaves on crop growth. 【Method】Through the determination of germination rate, root length, shoot length, chlorophyll content and POD enzyme activity of 5 wheat cultivars, an experiment was carried out to explore the effects of leaf water soluble extract of 4 tree species (willow, Bischofia polycarpa, chinese parasol and goldenrain tree) leaves on the seed germination and seedling growth of 5 wheat cultivars (Nongmai1, Yannong19, Jimai22, Heima1, and Shandong22). 【Result】 The results showed that low concentration (≤25 g/L) of willow leaf water extracts promoted the seed germination, root and seedling growth of Yannong 19 and Jimai 22, and had no effects on the synthesis of chlorophyll and the POD activities;while all treatment of Bischofia polycarpa leaf water extract inhabited the seed germination and seedling growth of 5 wheat cultivars;low concentration (≤50 g/L) of chinese parasol leaf water extract promoted the seed germination, root growth, the synthesis of chlorophyll in leaf and the POD activity of Shandong22; all treatment of goldenrain tree leaf water extract inhabited the root and seedling growth and the POD activity of 5 wheat cultivars. 【Conclusion】 The fallen leaves of Bischofia polycarpa and goldenrain tree are not suitable for returning to the fields. However, the appropriate amount of willow fallen leaves (≤25 g/L) promotes the growth of the wheat of Yannong19 and Jimai22 while the appropriate amount of chinese parasol fallen leaves (≤50 g/L) promotes the growth of Shandong 22 wheat.
