摘要: 【目的】研究鸡脂质代谢相关进展,以期为后续探究调控禽类脂质代谢的具体分子机制提供依据。【方法】通过查阅相关文献,对调控鸡脂质代谢的关键基因、microRNAs和信号通路等相关研究进展进行了全面的总结和分析。【结果】鸡脂质代谢是一个复杂的生物过程,相关基因之间的互作关系,miRNA对靶基因的调控方式以及调控禽类脂质代谢的具体机制还需要更深入的研究。【结论】未来的研究中应集中于进一步确定相关候选基因与禽类脂质代谢之间的功能作用与联系,并揭示相关的分子机制。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the progress of chicken lipid metabolism,and provide a basis for the follow-up research of the molecular mechanisms of poultry lipid metabolism.【Method】 Through consulting related literature,the research progress of key genes,microRNAs and signal pathways related to chicken lipid metabolism was comprehensively summarized and analyzed.【Results】 The lipid metabolism is a complex process and.The interaction between related genes,the regulation of miRNAs on target genes,and the specific mechanisms that regulate poultry lipid metabolism still require more in-depth research.【Conclusion】 Future research should focus on determining the functional role and relationship between related candidate genes and chicken lipid metabolism,and revealing the related molecular mechanisms.
