苏氨酸缺乏和饲粮限饲对北京鸭生长性能和血浆生化指标的影响

Effect of Dietary Threonine Deficiency and Feed Restriction on Growth Performance and Serum Metabolites of Pekin Ducks

摘要: 【目的】旨在通过观测饲粮苏氨酸缺乏和采食限饲对1~14日龄北京鸭生长性能和血浆代谢物的影响,研究苏氨酸低摄入量对北京鸭生长的抑制作用以及对血浆生化指标的影响。【方法】试验设置苏氨酸缺乏组、配对组和正常组3个处理组,每个处理组6个重复笼,每个重复笼10只试验鸭。试验开始时,将180只1日龄雄性北京鸭随机分到上述3个处理中。正常组和苏氨酸缺乏组北京鸭分别自由采食苏氨酸含量正常和缺乏的饲粮;配对组北京鸭采食正常组饲粮,通过限饲保证采食量与苏氨酸缺乏组一致。试验鸭饲养至14日龄。【结果】采用限饲后,配对组与缺乏组采食量一致(P>0.05),但是缺乏组的生长性能低于配对组(P<0.05),并且缺乏组和配对组生长性能都低于正常组(P<0.05)。苏氨酸缺乏和限饲降低北京鸭血浆中ALT和α-HBDH活性,降低TP、GLB、LDL-C、UA的含量(P<0.05),增加血浆HDL-C的浓度(P<0.05),但对AST和ALP活性,以及ALB、CHO、TG、GLU和Ca的含量没有影响(P>0.05);与配对组和正常组相比,苏氨酸缺乏组增加血浆中TBIL和D-BIL浓度(P<0.05),提高LDH的活性(P<0.05)。【结论】低苏氨酸摄入可直接抑制北京鸭的生长,同时也会改变北京鸭血浆代谢产物的含量。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The present study was performed to determine the effects of low threonine intake on growth performance and metabolism of Pekin ducks and to determine the effects of dietary threonine deficiency and feed restriction on growth performance and serum metabolites of Pekin ducks. 【Method】Three treatment groups, The deficiency group (Thr-D), paired group (Pair-F) and Thr sufficiency group (Thr-C), were set up. Each treatment group had 6 replicates and 10 ducks per cage. At the beginning of the experiment, 180 one-day-old male Peking ducks were randomly divided into three treatments. Peking ducks in normal group and threonine deficiency group were fed diets with normal and deficient threonine content respectively, and matched group were fed normal diet, and feed intake of threonine deficient group was consistent with that of threonine deficiency group. The ducks were raised to 14 days old. 【Result】 The results showed that feed intake was similar between Thr-D and Pair-F group (P>0.05), but the Thr-D group had lower weight gain rate and final body weight than that in the Pair-F group (P<0.05).Thr-D and Pair-F group had lower Feed intake, weight gain, and body weight than that in the Thr- C group (P<0.05). Thr-D and Pair-F group reduced the serum activity of ALT and α-HBDH, and the concentrations of TP, GLB, LDL-C, and UA (P<0.05). But Thr-D and Pair-F group had no influences on the activity of AST and ALP, and the concentrations of ALB, CHO, TG, GLU and Ca (P>0.05). Thr-D group had higher serum concentrations of TBIL and D-BIL, and LDH activity than that in Pair-F and Thr- C group. 【Conclusion】 In summary, low threonine intake directly inhibited growth performance of Pekin ducks, and affected serum metabolites of Pekin ducks.
