成都地区欧李品种果实品质分析与综合评价

Fruit Quality Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Cerasus humilis Varieties in Chengdu Area

摘要: 【目的】建立一套适合欧李果实品质评价的方法。【方法】选取引种到成都地区的9个欧李品种,对12项果实品质指标进行测定,应用隶属函数法对各项指标进行转化,并对其进行主成分分析,以主成分贡献率为权重计算前4个主成分值与相应权重之积的累加和,得到综合分值。【结果】欧李果实的各品质指标间存在不同程度的相关性,其中,单果重与可溶性蛋白之间,可食率与含水率之间,可滴定酸与固酸比、糖酸比之间,固酸比与糖酸比之间相关性达极显著。利用主成分分析法,提取了4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达86.515%;第1主成分为口感因子,方差贡献率为50.126%;第2主成分为质量因子,方差贡献率为16.028%;第3主成分为可食因子,方差贡献率为11.159%;第4主成分为营养因子,方差贡献率为9.203%。建立了不同欧李品种果实品质的综合评价模型:F=0.579 4F1+0.185 2F2+0.129 0F3+0.106 3F4。果实综合品质排序为:燕山2号>农大7号>燕山1号>京欧1号>鲁1>内蒙大>蒙艳早红>鲁2>16-8。其中,燕山2号的果实综合品质最优,可考虑作为引种成都地区的优良经济果树品种。【结论】综合评价模型的建立为欧李的引种与推广提供了重要参考。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To establish suitable comprehensive evaluation method for fruit quality of Cerasus humilis. 【Method】 Nine Cerasus humilis varieties introduced into Chengdu area were selected to measure twelve indices of the fruit quality. Subordinate function value analysis were used for conversion all the indices. Principal component analysis (PCA) was performed. The synthetical scores were obtained through the former four principal component values of each sample based on the weight calculation of the principal component contribution proportion and the accumulated sum of corresponding weight. 【Result】 The result showed that there are different degrees of correlation between the quality indicators of Cerasus humilis fruit. There were significant correlations between single fruit weight and soluble protein,between edible rate and water account rate, between titratable acid and ratio of soluble solids content to titratable acid,soluble solid titratable acid ratio, between ratio of soluble solids content to titratable acid and soluble solid titratable acid ratio. Based on the result of principal component analysis, four factors were extracted from the converted data matrix with their cumulative contribution reached 86.515%. The first factor was related to pericarp texture,with variance contribution of 50.126%. The second factor was related to fruit size, with variance contribution of 16.028%. The third factor was related to pericarp texture,with variance contribution of 11.159%. The fourth factor was related to fruit nutrition, with variance contribution of 8.737%. A comprehensive evaluation model for the fruit quality of different varieties was constructed:F=0.579 4F1+0.185 2F2+0.129 0F3+0.106 3F4. The order of the synthetical score of the nine varieties was Yanshan 2>Nongda 7>Yanshan 1>Jingou1>Lu 1>Neimengda>Mengyanzaohong>Lu 2>16-8. Yanshan 2 were comparable with other varieties and could be further evaluated as the target excellent introduction varieties. 【Conclusion】 The establishment of comprehensive evaluation model provides an important reference for the introduction and promotion of Cerasus humilis.
