强优势玉米杂交种瑞玉16的选育及适应性评价

Breeding and Adaptability Evaluation of Strong Heterosis Maize Hybrid Ruiyu16

摘要: 【目的】选育强优势玉米杂交种和综合分析瑞玉16的丰产性及适应性。【方法】以国外玉米资源1013为基础材料,用系谱法经连续8代选优株自交选育出玉米自交系K233,再用自交系K233作母本,21-ES作父本育成玉米杂交种瑞玉16;以参加四川省玉米区域试验的数据为基础,用高稳系数法和Eberhart--Russell模型综合分析。【结果】①瑞玉16两年区域试验平均产量为8 554.9 kg/hm2,比对照川单14平均增产11.8%,增产点率100%;②两年高稳系数平均值为77.5%,比川单14高7.5%,其稳定系数bi值两年较稳定且趋近于1;当环境指数在4 500~12 000 kg/hm2之间,比对照川单14均有较高幅度增产,尤其在7 500~12 000 kg/hm2之间,两年增产幅度均超过10%。【结论】瑞玉16丰产性好,增产潜力大,是一个高产稳产型品种,属于强优势玉米杂交种;适宜种植范围广,具有良好的生产潜力和推广应用价值,尤其是在玉米栽培或生产水平较高的区域种植优势更明显。

Abstract: 【Objective】 Breeding strong heterosis maize hybrids and analysis the prolificacy and adaptability of Ruiyu16 comprehensively. 【Method】 By using the maize 1013 from the foreign as the base material, through pedigree method for eight generations, a new maize inbred-line K233 and the corresponding maize hybrid Ruiyu16(K233×21-ES) were successfully bred. Based on data from Sichuan′s maize regional test, used high stability coefficient method and Eberhat-Russel model to analysis the date. 【Result】 ①The results showed, the average yield of Ruiyu16 in regional test was 8 554.9 kg/hm2, 11.8% higher than the control Chuandan14,and the yield increase location rate was 100% in two years,showed that it was a strong heterosis maize hybrid. ②The average high stability yield coefficient for two years was 77.5%, which was 7.5% higher than Chuandan14, its stability coefficient bi value was stable and close to 1 in the two years, which shows that Ruiyu16 was a high-yield and stable production variety with high yield and great potential in yield increasing. When the environmental index was 4 500-12 000 kg/hm2, compared with the Chuandan14, there was a higher rate of yield increasing in Ruiyu16, especially at 7 500-12 000 kg/hm2, the increasing rate exceeded 10% in two years. 【Conclusion】 That indicated Ruiyu16 is a hight-yield stable yielding variety with high yield and potential for yield increase, which is a strong advantage of corn hybrids, has a wide range of cultivation and has good production potential and application value, especially in high-level corn planting areas, the advantages are more obvious.
