小麦抗白粉病优质高产T1BL.1RS易位系的鉴定与分析

Characterization of Wheat T1BL/1RS Translocations Conferring Resistance to Powdery Mildew,Excellent Quality and High Yield

摘要: 本文从创制的80个新选系中鉴定出12个抗白粉病品系,应用醇溶蛋白A-PAGE检测发现其中9个为1BL/1RS易位系。麦谷蛋白亚基SDS-PAGE分析表明,有3个含5+10优质蛋白质亚基。综合农艺性状表现评定出98.1236和98.1266两个品系表现优异。进一步对籽粒主要品质性状检测表明,这两个品系均优于对照品种川麦28号。

Abstract: The 12 lines with resistance to powdery mildew were selected from 80 new breed lines. Results of APAGE analysis shows that 9 of them carried 1BL/1RS translocation. The HMW GS pattern analysis of the 9 lines indicates that 3 lines have the 5+10 HMW GS, which is considered having a positive effect on bread baking quality. By the evaluation of most of agronomic performance, 2 lines (98-1236 and 98-1266) are regarded as excellent lines. Furthermore, Comparing with chuanmai 28,the 2 lines have better major quality characters.
