催化光度法测定痕量铜

摘要: 在氨水介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化刚果红褪色,据此建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。该方法线性测定范围是25~500ng/25mL,检出限为1ng/mL,已用于水及茶叶中铜的测定,结果满意。

Abstract: A new method has been developed for determination trace Cu(Ⅱ). It is based on the catalysis of Cu(Ⅱ) to decoloration of congo red oxidized with hydrogen peroxide in ammonia water medium. The linear range of determination is 25~500ng/25mL Cu(Ⅱ). The detection limit is 1ng/mL. The method has been used for the determination of copper in water and tea with satisfactory results.
