影响大花蕙兰试管苗培育的因素研究

摘要: 试验结果表明MS、1/2MS、KC、VW四种培养基对大花蕙兰(Cymbidium)原球茎增殖倍数没有明显影响,但其发芽率与生根率表现各异。原球茎增殖培养基中加入0.5mg/LNAA+1mg/1Ad有利于原球茎增殖倍数的提高,但降低生根率。单独施用0.5mg/LNAA明显提高原球茎增殖倍数与生根率。四种不同细胞分裂素处理中,以1mg/LBA最有利于原球茎增殖倍数的提高。25℃较20℃有利于原球茎增殖。井字型切割缩短继代培养周期,有利于原球茎增殖周期,有利于原球茎增殖。大花蕙兰试管苗在采用一般炼苗方法可获得95%以上的移栽成活率。

Abstract: The present experiments showed that there were no effects of different media on protocorm multiplication of Cymbidium hookerianum Rchb.while percentage of protocorm budding and rooting varied in different medium Additions of 0.5mg/1 NAA+1mg/1 Ad increased protocorm Application of 0.5mg/1 NAA was cenificial to both multipication and roating of protocorm of the different cytokinin treatments, 1mg/1 BA was optimum for proctocorm multiplication, Protocorm multiplication was better at 25℃ than at 20℃ Cutting method of "#" shape was found to shorten the subculture time and promot protocorm multiplication.
