摘要: 空气——乙炔火焰原子吸收测土壤全钙,由于干扰因子多,准确度欠佳。土壤经硝酸——氢氟酸——高氯酸消煮后,加入氯化 和三乙醇胺,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定,准确度有较大提高,优于加氯化、氯化 和氯化钠两种方法。

Abstract: When using air-acetylene flamde atomic spectrometry (AAFAS) to analyze the total calcium in soil, the accuracy is not good, because of having many interference factors Boiling the soil in HAO3-Hf-HClO4, then added LaCl3 and (HOCH2CH2)3N and analyze the total Caloium in soll with AAFAS.This method greatly improved the accuracy and are superior to another two methods with adding LaCl3 and LaCl3+NaCl.
