玉米优良杂交种“川农单交9号”的稳定性分析

摘要: 本文应用Eberhart-Rusell品种稳定性分析和Mandel. John(1969)二因子互作方差分析分析了1990年和1991年四川省玉米平丘中熟种区域试验资料,两种方法两年试验结果一致表明,G×E互作是影响杂交种在各地表现不一的不可忽视的原因,G×E互作效应与ej效应主要表现为线性关系,但也存在着极显著的非线性关系;在参试的新杂交种中,"川农单交9号"(48-2×5003)不仅平均产量高,重要的是其稳产性最好,在试验地区表现出很强的适应性。本文还证明了应用Mandel模型估计的理论值与实际资料吻合度很高,所以它是一种值得在G×E互作分析中广泛采用的方法。在最后,简略地讨论了"川农单交9号"的丰产,稳产的生物学基础。

Abstract: Eberhart-Rusell's method on the Stabiliby Analysis of Yield and Mandel's mthod on the partitioning of interaction in Analysis of Variance beve been used to analyze the data about 7-Maize hybrids in 1990 and 6-Maize hybrids which weere all planted in 18 diflerent locations in Sichuan province, respectively. The results indicate as follows. 1. G×E is an important factor of affeeting yield of those hybrids. G×E effect with e_i has a linear relationship in most situations, but sometimes there is nonlonear relationship between them. 2. "Chuan-Long Single cross 9" not only has higher yield, bus also is the most stable on yield as well as in the all hybrids. Therefore, it can plant in all the experenced area. The resal's also demonstrate that estimated value based on Mandel-model is fit well in with the observed vale from the eaperiment. So, It should be used widely in analysing G×E interaction. The biological basis of the stability on "Chuan-Long Single cross 9" has also been discussed in the last part this paper.
