水稻辐射育种早期选择方法的研究

摘要: 本试验利用放射线辐照水稻种子,进行诱变育种,探索辐射育种的M1代选择方法。在原有工作的基础上,提出了M1代单株综合性状好、结实率高为选择标准。几年的试验,均在受试材料的M1代中获得符合际准的单株,并从中选育出新品种-"辐415"已用于水稻生产。

Abstract: In this experiment the authors used the radioactive ras to irradiate the rice seeds so as to induce rout a tion breeding and explore the selective way of the M1 generation in radioactive breeding. On the basis of the former achievement, a proprsal has been put for ward that the comprehensive character of the M1 in dividual plant be good and the fructification rate be as high as that of the selective standard. During several years of experiments, the individual plant has been obtained in accord with the standard from the M1 generation of the tested materials, and the new breed-IRRADIATION 415-has been acquired by selection, which has been practically used in the rice planting.
