生长素运输抑制剂和钙拮抗剂对菜豆下胚轴生长素诱导的导管分化和形成的影响

THE EFFECTS OF AUXIN TRANSPORT INHIBITOR AND Calcium ANTAGONISTS ON AUXIN-INDUCED TRACHEARY DIFFERENTIATION AND FORMATION OF BEAN HYPOCOTYLS

摘要: 通过TIBA,TFP和Verapamil对菜豆下胚轴生长素诱导的导管分化和形成的影响的研究,证明生长素极性运输、Ca2+和调钙旦白的存在是菜豆下胚轴导管分化和形成所必需的。研究还表明,生长素诱导的导管分化在最初24小时完成,而导管形成是在24至72小时内逐渐完成的。在导管已完全形成时,任何抑制剂对导管的形成无效果。

Abstract: The inhibition of TIBA, TFP, and Verapamil on auxin-induced xylem tracheary differentiation and formation were studied in this peper. The results showed as follows:auxin-induced tracheary differentiation and formation need auxin polar transport, Calcium and Calmodulin. It was also found that auxin-induced tracheary differentiation has completed during the first 24h's experiment. The formation has finished at 72h, although the first tracheary element formed in 24 to 48h of the experiment. After 72h of the experiment, no inhibitors can effect tracheary formation or reverse the formation.
