多胞质、多核背景下玉米细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系的同工酶分析

摘要: 对玉米同核异质和同质异核两套不育系及其相应保持系单核至双核期的花药,采用薄层垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶不连续电泳及光密度扫描方法进行酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶分析。结果表明:这两种酶的同工酶在同一核背景下的不胞质之间和同一胞质下的不同核背景之间均表现出不同程度的差异,各类不育系与其相应保持系之间也表现出一定程度的差异。结合试验结果文中还对质核互作雄性不育产生的机理进行了讨论。

Abstract: One group of isonuclear alloplasmic (INAP) and two groups of isoplasmic allonuclear (IPAN) male-sterile lines and their maintainers were used in this enperiment. The peroxidase and esterase isozymes were analyzed with the anther of mononuclear or binuclear phase from INAP and IPAN male-sterile lines along with their maintainers in maize by using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and densitometer scanning. The results are shown as follows:among materials of INAP or IPAN, there are some differences both in peroxidase isozyme bands and in esterase isozyme bands. Male-sterile lines are different from its maintainers in both kinds of isozyme bands. Based on the experiment, the mechanism of cytoplasmic male-sterile are also dicussed in this paper.
