阻燃剂处理实木板材的耐燃性改善效应

INCOMBUSTIBILITY IMPROVEMENT OF SOLID WOOD WITH FIRE RETARDANTS

摘要: 两种商用木材(南洋乌心石及菲律宾贝壳杉)为试材,经阻燃剂加压注入后,探讨其耐燃性改善效应。耐燃性改善效应分别为,IEtc7.6%~312%;IEtdθ21.2%~97.5%;IECA6%~84.3%;IEAf26.8%~100%;IEWlp32.1%~67.6%。阻燃剂对试材的耐燃性改善效应以FR-A,FR-C为佳,FR-B最佳。阻燃剂吸收量与试材的重量减少率呈负相关。南洋乌心石的耐燃性改善效应优于菲律宾贝壳杉。药剂吸收量对试材各表面燃烧性质的抑制效果,着火性(Etc):0.06~1.58sec (kg/m3)~1;发热性(Etdθ):0.49~3.30℃.min (kg/m3)-1;发烟性(ECA):0.04~0.52(kg/m3)-1;余焰时间(EAf):0.19~0.85sec (kg/m3)-1;重最减少率(EWlp):0.06%~0.21%(kg/m3)-1。欲通过耐燃3级时,试材对各药剂的最少推估吸收量,分别为FR-A:78.8~171.4kg/m3;FR-B:480~1250kg/m3;FR-C:83.8~142.6kg/m3

Abstract: Philippine Agathis(Agathis) and Michelia (champaka)were treated with three market fire retardants at 15,20 and 25% concentrations.The improving efficiencies(IE) were examined via CNS-6532 "Method of test for Incombustibility of internal finish material of building". Blank test of both species failed at the third grade test of CNS-6532. After treatment the chemicals retention increases with increasing concentration of the reagents, though Champaka showed inferior up-take. The improving efficiency of fire performance characteristics as IEtc,7.6%~312%; IEtdθ,21.2%~97.5%; IECA6%~84.3%; IEAf,26.8%~100%; IEW1p,32.1%~67.6% respectively. Two of the three tested fire retardants A and C even at the lowest concentration,certificated Agathis as 3rd grade fire retardancy while only fire retardant C enable Champaka to meet the said reguirement. The inhibition effect of fire performance characteristics at per retention are as follows:tc:0.06~1.58sec(kg/m3)-1; temperature time area(tdθ):0.49~3.30℃·min(kg/m3)-1; smoke generation(CA):0.04~0.52(kg/m3)-1; afterflame time(Af):0.09~0.85sec(kg/m3)-1; weight loss percentage(Wlp):0.06%~0.21%(kg/m3)-1; Fire retardant A shows the best inhibition effect while FR-B the least; the higher the concentration applied the better the IE. Champaka showed superior IE to that of Agathis.
