人工合成甘蓝型油菜的同工酶分析

Preliminary Studies on Esterase and Peroxidase Isozymes of Resynthesized Brassica Napus L.

摘要: 用聚丙稀酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法,对16个人工合成甘蓝型油菜品系的过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶进行了分析,比较了不同人工合成系间以及它们与普通甘蓝型油菜间两种同工酶的差异。结果表明,人工合成系间的两种同工酶酶谱均存在着较明显的差异,与普通甘蓝型油菜之间也存在着较明显的差异。该批人工合成系是一批具有较丰富遗传变异的油菜资源。

Abstract: Sixteen resynthesized rapeseed lines (Brassica napus L.) were studied on their patterns of peroxidase and esterase isozymes with Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis. Their isozyme patterns were also compared with those of the common Brassica napus L. Obvious variations were observed in both isozyme patterns among the resynthesized lines and between the resynthesized lines and the common B. napus lines. It shows that the resynthesized lines are a group of new genetic resource of rapeseed with substaitial variations.
