玉米不完全双列杂交多性状综合杂种优势测定方法

摘要: 应用主成分分析原理提出测定玉米不完全双列杂交多性状综合杂种优势的方法,将多性状综合杂种优势定义为有显著遗传差异性状观测值与其相对重要权的乘积的各主成分杂种优势之和。此法既考虑了各性状的相对重要性,又较好地消除了性状间相关和环境因素的影响,所获得的综合杂种优势估计值合理、可靠。本文所提出的方法也可用于其它类型玉米杂交试验和其它作物杂交试验多性状综合杂种优势的测定。

Abstract: By using the principle of principal component analysis, the authors present the method of measuring synthetic heterosis of multi character in incomplete diallel cross experiments of maize. The synthetic heterosis of multi character is defined as the sum of heteroses of pincipal components of the products of the observation of each trait with significant genetic difference with their relative weights. With this method, the relative importance of each character is under consideration, and correlation among characters and effect of environments are eliminated. The estimates of synthetic heterosis are rational and reliable. The method presented in the paper can be used to measure synthetic heterosis of multi character of other types of cross experiments of maize and other crops.
