用纤维等饲料成分预测鸭饲料TME的研究

Study on Predicting TME of Feedingstuff for Drake in Fibre Content Combining Other Nutrients

摘要: 试验以30只天府肉公鸭为对象,采用Sibbald的"TME"法测定了用统糠、小麦麸、菜籽饼、玉米和豆粕为原料配成的CF为2%、4%、6%、8%和10%的5种饲粮的TME,同时测定了5种饲粮GE、Ash、CP、EE、CF、ADF和NDF等营养成分。利用SAS (1998)软件进行相关回归分析,建立了以纤维成分为主体的预测鸭饲料TME的回归方程。结果表明,纤维成分与鸭饲料TME间呈极显著的负强相关关系(P<0.01),并且以NDF的效果最好,可建立以下回归方程:TME=-1.6518-0.0423NDF+1.4101GE (R2=0.9862,RSD=0.0506)
TME=10.3767+0.2282NDF-1.0223GE-1.5826Ash (R2=0.9883,RSD=0.0659)
TME=3.8906-0.0449NDF (R2=0.9377,RSD=0.0878)

Abstract: The true metabolizable energy (TME) of five diets which were formulated with hull of rice, bran of wheat, rapeseed meal, maize and soybean meal in accord with crude fibre content of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10% was determinated with 30 Tianfu meat-type drakes by Sibbald "TME" method. The nutrients such as GE, ASH, CP, EE, CF, ADF, NDF were also determinated in the lab. The analysis about correlation and regression was taken with SAS (1998). The results show:the negative strong correlation exists between fibre content and TME of feedingstuffs for drake (P<0.01). And the best effect of predicting TME in fibre content is NDF. The regression equations on predicting TME are established as follows:
