地衣芽孢杆菌对家兔细胞免疫功能的影响

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF BACILLUS LICHENIFORMIS TO CELL-MEDIATED IMMUNITY OF RABBITS

摘要: 本文观察了地衣芽孢杆菌对家兔细胞免疫功能的影响。结果发现,饲喂地衣芽孢杆菌微生态制剂20、40天后,试验组家兔的免疫器官生长发育较对照组迅速、成熟快;试验组血液中的白细胞总数和外周血T淋巴细胞酸性α醋酸萘酯酶活性(ANAE)阳性率均明显高于对照组。饲喂30天后,植物血凝素(PHA)腹部皮内试验,试验组发生的变态反应强度均强于对照组。表明地衣芽孢杆菌能促进家兔的免疫器官的成熟,增强家兔的细胞免疫功能作用。

Abstract: Weaned California rabbits were fed with the Microbial Feed Additive(MFD)of Bacillus licheniformis in average diet, and investigated on the effect of cell-mediated immunity. The result indicated that the immune organs of Bacillus-Fed treatment rabbits grew faster and matured better than that of the non-Bacillus-Fed control after feeding for 20, 40 days. Compared with control, there was an increasing in the percentage of T lymphocytes and the whole of leukocytes in blood of the treatments rabbits. Feeding of the MFA for 30 days, it enhanced significantly the cell-mediated delay type allergic reaction as measured by an intradermal injection of phytohemagglutinin. The findings suggested that dietary Bacillus licheniformis had an effect on cellular immune responses.
