石灰性紫色土上铁对花生-根瘤菌共生固氮的影响

EFFECT OF IRON ON THE SYMBIOTIC NITROGEN-FIXATION OF RHIZOBIUM-PEANUT IN CALCAREOUS PURPLE SOILS

摘要: 试验研究了石灰性紫色土上花生施铁及不同铁浓度对花生根瘤菌共生固氮作用的影响。结果表明:石灰性紫色土上施1.5mg/2.5kg土铁能促进快生型花生根瘤菌株85-7的侵染结瘤与固氮特性和花生生长发育,而HN11基因工程菌株在不施铁时也与"天府3号"花生有良好的共生固氮作用。铁对花生根瘤菌共生固氮的影响存在着菌种间差异;铁与花生叶绿素含量有密切关系,叶绿素含量与植株干重、全氮及固氮酶活性之间有显著的相关性;在石灰性紫色土上施铁或接种高效根瘤菌剂能提高花生产量,并能增强根瘤菌株的竞争性。

Abstract: The axenic solution culture and pot experiments in calcareous soils were carried out to study the effect of Fe on nodulation, nitrogenase activity and the nitrogen fixation of Rhizobium-Peanut. Applying 1.5mg/25kg soils Fe in the soils accelerated the nodulation and nitrogen fixation of fast-engineered strain 85-7, but the same symbiotic effectiveness was obtained by inoculation with genetic-engineered strain HN11 without application Fe in the soils. There was different influence of Fe on different rhizobial strains. Fe application or inoculation effective strain in the soils increased the yield of peanut and the occupancy of Rhizobium. Fe was closely related with the chlorophyll. There was a significant correlation between chlorophyll and short dry weight, shoot total N and nitrogenase activity.
