中国云杉属植物核型及生物学意义初探

摘要: 本文分析了已见报的15种国产云杉属植物的核型变异、进化水平及其在系统分类、起源、演化方向等细胞分类学及细胞地理学意义。还讨论了核型资料对种质资源保存、良种选育及更新树种选择等的林学意义。首次提出双向不对称系数(Ba.k%)来评定属内种间的核型变异程度及进化水平。

Abstract: The work deals with the karoyomorphlogical data of Picea Dietr. plants in China. It is discussed whether there are relations hips between the karyomorphological variations and evolution of 15 species of spruce in China, there is the biological signification on the classification and photo geographic distribution about the origin to devolopment of the species. And the analysis on the forestry signification about the reserve of the forest germ plasm resourses, breeding and selection of the regenarative species are also discussed. A suggestion is put forward for the first time that Ba.k% parametor of karyotypic asymmetry of bath arm ratio in mean and ratio of longest to shortest of chromo-somes should used to the analysis on genus and species of plants.
