提高水稻辐射诱变育种效果有关方法的研究

摘要: 通过对水稻辐射育种的试验研究发现:增大γ1代的种植群体数量,对提高水稻突变率具有重要意义;在辐射与杂交相合的育种中,以γ1代的植株作为母本进行杂交,不仅能提高突变频率,而且操作简便,省时省工;为了缩短育种周期,以γ1代的育性作为指示性状,可从γ1代起进行突变株选择;在操作技术方面,采用重量百分率相关性求结实率的方法,对γ1代按结实率留种,能提高有益性状的突变率和选择效果。

Abstract: In this paper the authors have reported the research method to improve effects in rice radiation breeding. Through the long study of radiation induced mutation of rice it was found that the increase of planting quantity of γ1 generation is very significant to raise mutation freguencies of rice. In the breeding by irradiation and combined cross the γ1 generation is used as maternal material, which can not only increase variation frequencies of rice but aloss save both of the time and the labour in it. In order to reduce the period of breeding the mutation plant can be selected form γ1 generation in accordance with fructification rate high. The fructifiation rate is found by the relativity of percentage of weiht, and according to the fructification rate of γ1 generation the seeds are kept. The mutation freguency of ueeful characters and selected effect can be raised by using the manipulation technique.
