Red Cell Immune Adherence Function of Tianfu Goslings

摘要: 实验检测了天府肉鹅红细胞C3b受体花环和免疫复合物花环的动态变化。结果显示天府肉鹅红细胞C3b受体花环率5周龄后呈下降趋势;2周龄时,免疫复合物花环率极显著高于C3b受体花环率(P<0.01),随后二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。文中探讨了天府肉鹅红细胞免疫粘附能力动态变化的机理。

Abstract: In this experiment, C3b receptor ratio and immune complex(IC) ratio of Tianfu gosling were determined. The results showed that C3b receptor ratio of Tianfu goose decreases after the age of 5 weeks;IC ratio is markedly higher than C3b receptor ratio only at the age of 2 weeks(P<0.01). Mechanism of the above results is discussed.
