小麦种子受赤霉病菌侵染后醇溶蛋白质的变化

摘要: 本文报导了小麦种子受赤霉菌侵染后,胚乳醇溶蛋白质的变化特点。通过定量分析和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析表明,受病麦粒的醇溶蛋白质含量减少,降低程度随受害程度加重而增大;醇溶蛋白质的组份没有明显改变,即醇溶蛋白质的电泳带数目没有变化;只是蛋白带的染色强度有不同程度下降。

Abstract: The paper reports that the changes in glidian in Wheat Seeds infected by F. graminearum. The results from quantitative and PAGE alynasis show that the content of glidian in the infected, heat seeds decreas with the disease severity increasing; The composition of glidian in the diseased, heat seeds does not change, namely. no new bands of glidian occurred.
