大麦×纤毛鹅观草属间杂种回交后代的酯酶同功酶分析

摘要: 本文通过对幼根、幼穗和幼嫩籽粒的同功酶分析,研究了栽培大麦Arupo/纤毛鹅观草(R. ciliaris)//栽培大麦Arupo属间杂种回交后代BC1F1各株和BC1F2各株系与其亲本之间的酯酶同功酶的异同。结果表明,BC1F1各株、BC1F2各株系的酯酶同功酶谱与栽培大麦亲本Arupo相似,但具有一些纤毛鹅观草所特有的酶带,并出现了双亲所没有的杂交酶带。说明在回交后代中,纤毛鹅观草的遗传物质得到稳定的遗传,为进一步转移外源基因,分离具有不同的纤毛鹅观草有益性状的易位系提供了广泛的基础。本研究结果与其形态学、细胞学的研究结果一致。

Abstract: This paper reports the study of difference and similarity and relationship between backcrossing F1, F2 from cultivated barley cv. Arupo/R. ciliaris/cultivated barley cv. Arupo with their parents by means of polyamice gel electrophoresis isozyme in young roots, young spikes and young seeds. The results showed that the zymogram patterns of all backcrossing F1 plants and F2 lines were similar to those of cultivated barley parent cv. Arupo, but some variation were occurred, they have some isozyme bands which come from R. ciliaris, or mew hybrid isozyme bands which their two parents do not have respectively. The results indicate that the genetic materials come from R. ciliaris weresteady inherited, it proved a wide basic for transfer further of non-homologous genes, and separation of translocation lines with the fine characters from R. ciliaeis genetic materials had taken place between two patents, which suports the results of cytological and morphological studies on the backcrossing F1 and F2. The efficiency of esterase isozymes of young spikes of barley and its progenies in the best in this study, so it can be used in the study for barley outcrossing hybid.
