摘要: 对玉米48-2自交系的16个姊妹系或姊妹种分别运用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析过氧化物酶、酯酶同功酶,运用等电聚焦电泳方法分析过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:在姊妹系间、姊妹种间、姊妹系与其对应姊妹种间,酯酶同工酶酶谱差异甚微,而过氧化物酶同功酶酶谱有明显差异。对过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱,用等电聚焦电泳所得酶带比用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳所得酶带丰富,故显示出的差异更明显。

Abstract: For 16 maize sib-lines and sib-crosses of self-bred line 48-2, the peroxidase and esterase isozyme patterns were analyzed with polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis and the peroxidase isozyme patterns were analyzed with isoelectrec focusing. The results indicated that, among sib-lines, among sib-crosses, between the sib-line and its sib-crosses, the patterns of esterase isozyme made few differences, but the patterns of peroxidase isozyme made obvious differences. For peroxidase patterns, the enzyme belts with isoelectrec focusing were more than that with polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis. So, the differences of the results with isoelectrec focusing were more apparent than those with polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis.
