几个六倍体小黑麦高产品系的细胞学稳定性研究

ANEUPLOID FREQUENCY IN SEVERAL HIGH-YIELDING STRAINS OF HEXAPLOID TRITICALE

摘要: 作者采用综合育种技术选育出一批高产六倍体小黑麦新品系。染色体数分析结果证明,其中4个品系(SAUT. Fu62-950511、950517、951582和951584)非整倍体率平均值为2.38%(范围0-5.77%),表现了很低的非整倍体频率,显示了较高的细胞学稳定性;而另一个品系则有14.81%的非整倍体频率。本实验结果指出,使用结合了杂交育种和诱变育种的综合育种技术,辅以高效地选择大粒、均匀和饱满种子的选择技术,有可能获得类似普通小麦细胞学稳定性那样的六倍体小黑麦新材料,从而解决六倍体小黑麦细胞学不稳定性的难题。文中还讨论了有关改良六倍体小黑麦细胞学稳定性的育种技术。

Abstract: Five new strains of hexaploid triticale, which were selected by us from the progeny of a winter/spring triticale cross with treatment of, 60Co gamma irradiation, and exhibited a high-yielding level in Sichuan province, were cytologically analyzed for determining their aneuploid frequency. The results revealed a very low frequency of aneuploid plants with an average of 2.38%, ranged from 0% to 5.77% in the four strains, while another strain exhibited a high aneuploid frequency(14.81%). The results suggested that our method, inducing mutation and exerting strong selection pressure in cross progenies, would be effective means to improve cytological stability of hexaploid tritcale.
