摘要: 本文报道了梨胶锈重寄生菌(Tuberculina vinosa Sacc)对苹果锈病菌(Gymnosporangium yamadai Miyabe)的寄生、形态特征及侵入。重寄生菌在苹果锈病菌的性子器旁及性子器相对叶背发生重寄生现象,将锈孢子封在锈子器内,从而对病害的侵染循环起阻碍作用而控制病害的发生。描述和测量了重寄生菌的产孢结构形态及大小。重寄生菌的分生孢于萌发形成芽管,经性子器口侵入,不能直接侵入。完成侵入所需最短时间为7小时。在20.6℃和22.1℃下,潜育期为8天和7天。

Abstract: The morphological characteristics of parasitization and penetration of hyperparasite(Tuberculina vinosa Sacc) on the apple rust pathogen(Gymnosporangium yamadai) were reported. The parasitism of the hyperparasite occurred near the spermogones and on the accidia. The infection cycle of the apple rust disease stood in the way and the disease was controled. The morphological characteritics and size of the sporogenous structure were described and surveyed. The germ tube of the conidia formation penetrated through the pycnia and did not penetrate directly. The shortest period for the entry was 7 hrs. The incabation period is 8-7 days in 20.6℃-22.1℃.
