摘要: 本文介绍了一种改良的大豆DNA纯化方法。该法能更有效地避免蛋白质和其他干扰化合物的污染,分离提取到天然双链高分子量的大豆DNA,且有机溶剂用量可节约三分之一左右。分析鉴定表明所得DNA已符合遗传学转化实验要求。该法也适用于其他植物材料DNA的提取。

Abstract: A modified method for DNA purification of soybean and the interfering mechanism are described. The native double chain and high-molecular-weight DNA isolated by this modified Procedure is effectively free from the comtamination with protein and other interfering compounds, Morover, the consume of orgaric solvents is economized about one third. Analysis of the DNA indicates that it meets the desired requirement for use in transformation and the modified metod applies to the purification of other plants DNA as well.
