育成期光照和饲养制度对不同品系蛋鸡生产性能的影响及其基因型与环境互作效应分析

EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT LIGHTING AND FEEDING REGIMES DURING THE REARING PERIOD ON PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE OF DIFFERENT LAYER STRAINS AND THEIR GENOTYPE-ENVIRONMENT INTERACTION

摘要: 本试验采用一个中型褐壳蛋鸡品系(S)和一个轻型白壳蛋鸡品系(K)作为材料;育成期采用渐减光照(G)和恒定光照(P)两种光照制度以及限制饲养(R)和自由采食(C)两种饲养制度,分析不同处理对生产性能的影响及其基因型与环境的互作效应。结果表明:①不同品系的生产性能有显著的遗传差异,S系的多数蛋用性状优于W系;②育成期渐减光照的开产日龄明显迟于恒定光照,W系渐减光照的产蛋量极显著高于恒定光照。有成期限制饲养显著提高了S系的平均蛋重,限制饲养下S系的蛋壳强度、哈氏单位也有一定的提高;③300日龄产蛋量表现出极显著的品系×光照制度的互作效应,蛋黄重量和蛋壳重量也有极显著或显著的品系×光照互作效应存在。平均蛋重、蛋壳强度以及蛋壳重量具有极显著的品系×饲养制度的互作效应。蛋壳强度和蛋黄重量还存在显著的品系×光照×饲养三因素互作效应。

Abstract: Two layer strains were used in the experiment, one was a brown-egg strain(S), the other was a white-egg strain(K). From week 9 to week 16 two lighting regimes(gradually decreasing light or 13h constant light) and two feeding regimes(restricted feeding or ad libitum) were used to analyze the effects on laying traits of different strains under different lighting and feeding regimes in the rearing period as well as their genotype-environment interaction. The results indicated as follows:①There were singificant strain differences for the most of laying traits, including several egg quality traits. The S strain was superior to the K strain for the layiny performance. ② Age at 1st egg under gradually decreasing lighting was very significantly later than that under 13h constant lighting, either for the S strain or for the X strain. For the K strain egg production during the age of 300 days under gradually decreasing lighting during the rearing period was significantly higher than than under constant lighting. There was a significant increase in average egg weight under restricted feeding during the rearing period for the S strain. At the same time, restricted feeding improved egg shell strength and Haugh unit for the S. strain. Different lighting and feeding regimes did not significantly affect feed conversion of laying period for both of the two strains. ③Significant strain×lighting regime interactions were found in egg production during the age of 300 days, yolk weight and shell weight. There were significant strain×feeding regime interactions for average egg weight, egg shell strength and shell weight. Egg shell strength and yolk weight were found significant strain×lighting×feeding inter-actions.
