不同核背景的玉米CMS系内源激素关系研究

The Study of the Relationship between Internal Hormone and Cytoplasmic Male Sterile of Different Nuclear Background in Maize

摘要: 采用两套同核异质系,研究了不同核背景和不同孢质内源激素含量与玉米CMS的关系。结果表明,不同核背景以及不同孢质的CMS之间内源激素含量有差异;较高的ABA和较低GA、IAA含量、特别是较低的GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA浓度可能是花粉发生败育的一个重要原因;不育系中较高的GA3和IAA含量可能导致育性不稳定。

Abstract: The content of endogenous hormone and different Cytoplasmic of CMS were studied in different nuclear background. The result shows:there are different content of endogenous hormone by different Cytoplasmic or in different nuclear background, lower content of GA and mid-content of IAA and higher ABA are connected with higher degree of Male sterile; therefore, higher content GA/ABA and IAA/ABA might reduce male sterile.
