五种抗生素对康乃馨切花保鲜效应

摘要: 用灰黄霉素、四环素、利福平、青霉素及链霉素5种抗生素对康乃馨鲜切花瓶插的外观形态保鲜效果进行了对比试验。通过切花花枝鲜重、水分平衡、花茎大小和瓶插寿命的观察测定。结果表明,使用抗生素能延缓花期的萎蔫度,提高新鲜度和开放度。其中含链霉素30 mg/L、利福平30 mg/L或青霉素10 mg/L的保鲜剂具有良好的保鲜效果。

Abstract: In this paper, some experiments were determined on preservative of cut carnation flower using different antibiotics. The results of experiment indicate that antibiotic is able to put off wilting degree of flowers and promote fresh degree and opening degree by analysis of fresh heavy, water balance, flower-path and vase life. Synthetical index indicates that effects of 30 mg/L streptomycin, 10 mg/L penicillin and 30 mg/L rifampicin preservatives are optimum.
