从当前无融合生殖研究现状谈水稻无融合育种策略

摘要: 水稻杂交育种技术的发展,除了人们对遗传学的了解外,更多的是对生殖系统的操纵。从固定杂种优势出发,本文简要介绍了植物无融合生殖领域的研究动态,特别是近年来无融合生殖基因转移育种、分子生物学和基因克隆等方面的新进展,提出了在水稻中开展无融合生殖研究的初步设想。

Abstract: Progress of rice breeding is owed to the increasing of knowledge in genetics and manipulation of the reproductive system. Hybrid rice has apparent heterosis, but the heterosis loses in F2 and following generations. And the breeding programs are complicated and seed production is needed every year. As for heterosis fixation, this paper reviews the advances of apomixis studies in plants recent years, involving apomictic gene transfer by introgression, genetic control, molecular mechanism, gene mapping and cloning. Furthermore, a strategy of apomixis research in rice is proposed.
