四川盆地丘陵坡地集雨蓄水工程效益分析——以中江县富兴镇为例

Analysis of Benefits of the Engineering of Rainfall Collecting and Water Keeping in Hilly Slopeland of Sichuan Basin

摘要: 以中江县富兴镇为例,对四川盆地丘陵坡地集雨蓄水工程的综合效益进行分析。在其工程覆盖区,每年可拦蓄坡土地表径流480m3/hm2,占年径流总量的22.7%;减少泥土流失3593kg/hm2;可使全年粮食平均增产2373kg/hm2,增幅达49%;还可解决工程覆盖区内人、畜饮用水源。可见该工程拦洪保土和蓄水防旱效果十分显著。

Abstract: The benefits of the projects of rainfall collecting and water keeping in hilly slopeland of Sichuan Basin are evaluated through the examples of Fuxing town, Zhongjiang county. On the coverage project it can hold and keep the runoff of 480m3/hm2, which makes up account of 22.7 percent of all. It can decrease the soil loss of 3593kg/hm2, and increase annually grain output of 2373kg/hm2 on the average, with the amplitude of 49 percent. It also can provide people and animals with the water source. Therefore the benefits of the projects are notable for both holding floods and keeping soil in order to prevent the draught.
