有机无机复合肥对农产品产量和品质的影响

Effects of Organic-inorganic Compound Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Agricultural Products

摘要: 在玉米、水稻、豇豆、小白菜四种作物上,进行有机无机复合肥与氮、磷、钾混合肥对比试验。试验结果表明,有机无机复合肥不仅能提高作物产量,同时能很好地改善农产品品质。在玉米水稻上,能促进干物质的积累,增加淀粉和粗蛋白的含量;在豇豆和小白菜上,能增加维生素C的含量,降低硝酸盐的积累,提高Zn、Fe等营养元素的含量,改善营养品质。

Abstract: The contrastive experiments of organic inorganic compound fertilizer with NPK compound fertilizer was carried out by corn, rice, cowpea and Chinese cabbage. The results show that organic inorganic compound fertilizer not only increases the yield of the corps but also apparently improves the quality of the agricultural products. The accumulation of dry matter in corn and rice is promoted and the starch and rough protein content increase. The vitamin C in the cowpea and Chinese cabbage is to increase. Meanwhile the Zn, Fe metal nutrient elements in the cowpea increase in some extent and the nutrient quality improves.
