草莓脱毒苗的生长结果与产量效应研究

Study on the Effect of Virus-free Strawberry to Plant Growth and Fruit Yield

摘要: 对草莓品种丰香的脱毒假植苗、脱毒未假植苗和未脱毒假植苗进行促成栽培,对其生长结果和产量进行了比较研究。结果表明,脱毒假植苗和未假植苗的移栽成活率、株高、株展直径、叶片宽度、地上部重量、根重、新根数、果实产量等均显著或极显著高于未脱毒苗。脱毒假植苗和未假植苗与对照(未脱毒苗)相比,株展直径分别增加37.68%和15.43%,根重增加107.6%和57.7%,新根数增加128.3%和76.0%,产量分别提高15.0%和14.8%。此外,株高、新茎粗度、单果重等亦是脱毒苗高于未脱毒苗。上述各项指标均为脱毒假植苗 >脱毒未假植苗 >未脱毒苗,证明脱除病毒对草莓复壮和产量的提高效果显著,移栽前的假植使这种效果更为突出。

Abstract: Under accelerating culture condition, the plant growth and fruit yield of 2 kinds of virus-free strawberry(A. temporary planted, B. directly field planted) and a virus-carrying strawberry(C) of var. Fengxiang were studied. The result shows:transplant survival rate, plant extending diameter, leaf width, leaf and stem weight, roots weight, number of young roots and fruit product of A and B are higher than that of C significantly. Compared with C, the plant extending diameter of A and B increases 37.68% and 15.43%; the roots weight of A and B increases 107.6% and 57.7%; the number of young roots of A and B increases 128.3% and 76.0% and the fruit yields of A and B increases 15.0% and 14.8%. Besides, the plant highness and single fruit weight of A and B are higher than C. The above indexes in three tested materials have the sequence as A > B > C. This proves that freedom of strawberry virus has significant effect on increasing plant vigor and yield. The temporary planting before field planting can enhance the effect.
