摘要: 概述了水稻感光性品种、非感光品种、杂交水稻、籼粳亚种间F1杂种和诱变早熟突变体的生育期/抽穗期遗传,以及水稻抽穗期主基因和QTL定位的研究现状,并讨论了水稻抽穗期主基因研究、QTL定位、显性早熟基因的育种利用等方面存在的问题与对策。

Abstract: Genetics of growth duration or heading dates of photoperiod-sensitive rice varieties, photoperiod-insensitive varieties, hybrid rice, indica/japonica subspecific hybrids and induced earliness mutants, and mapping of major genes and QTLs for heading dates, are summarized. Problems in research of major genes, mapping of QTLs for heading dates, application of dominant earliness genes in rice breeding, and their countermeasures, are discussed.
