摘要： 利用E. Z. N. A微量植物DNA提取试剂盒,在1h内可快速可靠地从马蹄金(Dichondra repens Forst)植物样本或组织中提取纯度较高的总DNA。这套系统利用速度和多变的旋转技术来结合DNA吸附旋转柱中基质的核酸内容物,从而除去植物组织中的多糖、酚化合物、酵素抑制剂。所得DNA产物纯度高可直接用于PCR,RAPD、AFLP等各种下游分析技术。

Abstract: By using the E. Z. N. A Plant Miniprep Kit, high-quality total celluar DNA can be rapidly and reliably isolated from Dichondra repens Forst of species and tissues. Up to 100 mg of wet tissue(or 30 mg dry tissue) can be processed in less than 1 hour. The system combines the reversible nucleic acidbinbing properties of HiBind matrix with the speed and versatility polysaccharides phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from plant tissue lysates. Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, RAPD, AFLP and hybridization techniques.
