摘要: 西南地区水果产业依靠其产地低廉的劳动力成本和水果低价倾销的数量优势已经不再被市场认可,必须进行标准化生产。本文探讨了水果产业标准化生产的含义与特征,以及西南地区水果产业实行标准化生产的若干措施。

Abstract: It is no longer market-acceptable for the fruit industry of Southwest China that the fruit production relies on low labour cost and large marketing by means of low price.In stead, it must implement the standardization of fruit production.In this paper, the concept and characteristics of fruit production standardization are discussed and the measures are put forward to enhance the level of fruit production standardization in Southwest China.
