几种预处理液对马蹄莲切花的保鲜效应

摘要: 用不同药剂对马蹄莲切花进行预处理,放置于密封的鲜花专用箱中24 h,于自来水中瓶插,观察鲜重变化,观赏品质及瓶插寿命。结果表明,10 g/L蔗糖+100 mg/L Co(NO3)2+150 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+100 mg/L GA3的保鲜效果最好,切花鲜重变化率峰值明显提高,最大花径和花长明显增加,瓶插寿命明显延长。该处理能有效延缓马蹄莲切花衰老,提高观赏品质。

Abstract: Cut Calla Lily are pretreated with different pretreatment solutions, then put into a specially sealed box for 24 h.The weight, ornamental value and vase life in vase water are observed.The results show that treatment with 10 g/L sugar+100 mg/L Co(NO3)2+100 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+100 mg/L GA3NO3)2 proves to be the most efficient, increasing the fresh weight, the max flower diameter, the max flow er length and vase life.This treatment could delay senescence and enhance the ornamental value effectively.
