成都市郊区土壤芽孢杆菌的解磷、解钾潜力

Study on the Potential of Phosphorus-releasing and Potassium-releasing by Bacillus spp. in Chengdu Suburbs Soil

摘要: 采用稀释平板法对成都市郊区27个土壤样品进行了芽孢杆菌的分离,获得333个菌株。在解磷、解钾培养基上分析其解磷、解钾能力。结果表明,约有15%的土壤芽孢杆菌菌株分解无机磷的效果显著,分属15种芽孢杆菌,其中地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)、巨大芽孢杆菌(B. megaterium)和短小芽孢杆菌(B. pumilus)为分解无机磷的优势芽孢杆菌。多数菌株也能在有机磷和钾细菌培养基上生长,但分解能力较差。

Abstract: 27 soil samples were collected at 0~20 cm depth in Chengdu suburbs.With dilution plate method,soil suspensions with heat treatment at 80℃ for 10 min were spread onto beef extract peptone malt extract agar to enumerate Bacillus spp.The potential of 333 isolates on phosphorus-releasing and potassium-releasing were evaluated on different media containing non-soluble mineral phosphorus,organic phosphorus and potassium,respectively.The results showed that Bacillus species possessed great potential of dissolving mineral phosphorus in Chengdu suburbs soil.About 15 percent of 333 isolates displayed the potential.Based on the characteristics of morphology and physiology-biochemistry,these isolates were identified as 15 Bacillus species.B. licheniformis,B. megaterium and B. pumilus belonged to the predominant species.Three isolates were selected for their farther study.Most of 333 isolates grow slowly on media containing non-soluble organic phosphorus and potassium,but their ability of dissolving organic P and K was low.
