枯草芽孢杆菌发酵红参药渣产物对小鼠生长和繁殖性能的影响

Effects of Red Ginseng Dregs Product Fermented by Bacillus Subtilis on Growth and Reproductive Performance of Mice

摘要: [目的] 探索红参中药渣发酵产物对小鼠生长和繁殖性能的影响,为红参药渣发酵产物的再利用提供参考依据。[方法] 将45只成年雌性小鼠随机分成3组,分别饲喂基础日粮,红参药渣+基础日粮,发酵后的红参药渣+基础日粮,连续饲喂一周,记录每日采食及增重情况。一周后进行配种,作繁殖性能测定,并用其所生仔鼠进行生长发育指标的测定。[结果] 发酵药渣组的小鼠料重比相比空白组略低,相比药渣组则显著降低(P<0.05)。发酵药渣组产仔数相比药渣组、空白组分别增加了18只、16只。空白组、药渣组、发酵药渣组的初生平均重分别为1.07、0.90、1.29g,发酵药渣组相比空白组、药渣组有显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论] 红参药渣发酵后对小鼠的繁殖性能具有一定的促进作用。

Abstract: [Objective] To explore the effect of red ginseng dregs product of fermentation on growth and reproductive performance of mice,and get a method to recycle red ginseng dregs. [Method] Forty-five of adult female mice were divided randomly into three groups equally,and feed with basal diet,red ginseng dregs and based diet,red ginseng dregs fermentation product and based diet,respectively.After one week,daily feed intake and daily gain were recorded to evaluate the growth performance,and the number of newborn mice were recorded to evaluate the productive performance of mice. [Results] The feed conversion ratio of female mice of fermentation product group was lower than blank control group,and lower than dregs group significantly (P<0.05).The total litter size of fermentation product group compared to dregs group,blank control group was respectively increased by 18,16,both had obviously raise.The average birth weight of blank control group,dregs group,fermentation product group were 1.07,0.90 and 1.29 g,respectively,and fermentation product group was higher than both blank group and dregs group significantly (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The fermentation product of red ginseng dregs has promoting effect on growth and reproductive performance of mice.
