栝楼生长性状与产量相关性研究

Relationship between Growth Traits and Yield of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim

摘要: [目的] 调查研究栝楼生长性状与单株产量的关系,用以指导栝楼的农业生产。[方法] 田间观察记录栝楼的出芽时间、开花时间、成熟期、叶片数、单株结果数等生长指标,通过相关性分析法、主因素分析法,筛选主因素并分析各生长因素的相互作用。[结果] 各生长性状指标种质内变异系数均较小,种质间的变异系数比较大;影响单株产量的因素主要是单株结果数、分蘖数、主茎粗、叶片数、株高;影响栝楼单株产量的主要生长性状大小顺序为株高 > 分蘖数 > 叶片数 > 单株结果数 > 主茎粗 > 成熟期 > 出芽时间 > 开花时间。[结论] 单株结果数越高,分蘖数越多,主茎越粗,叶片数越多,株高越高,栝楼的单株产量就越高。通过比较各生长因素的重要性可以有针对性地指导农业生产管理,更加科学地施肥。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between growth traits and yield of T. kirilowii and to guide agricultural production of T. kirilowii. [Method] The growth indicators of T. kirilowii, such as budding time, flowering time, maturity, leaf number and fruit number per plant, were observed. The importance and interaction of various growth traits were analyzed by correlation and main factors analysis. [Results] The variation coefficient was small within germplasms but large among germplasms. The factors affecting yield per plant was fruit number per plant, tiller number, stem thick, leaf number and plant height. The effect size followed the order of height > tiller number > blades > fruit number per plant > main stem > diameter > maturity > budding time > flowering time. [Conclusion] The tiller, stem, leaves and yield per plant are higher when fruit number per plant is higher. Comparing the relative importance of growth factors can guide agricultural production management and scientific fertilization.
