甜荞不同部位籽粒的灌浆性状分析

Analysis of Grain Filling Character of Different Part of Common Buckwheat

摘要: [目的] 明确甜荞不同部位籽粒的灌浆机理,为甜荞的高产栽培提供理论依据。[方法] 以丰甜1号为材料,用Richards方程模拟其不同部位籽粒的灌浆过程。[结果] 丰甜1号不同部位籽粒的灌浆进程均呈"慢-快-慢"的生长规律,灌浆起始势、灌浆速率为最大时的日期、最大灌浆速率均表现为上部最大,下部最小;各灌浆时期对籽粒重的贡献率表现为:中期 > 后期 > 前期。[结论] 甜荞不同部位分枝籽粒的灌浆速率不同,百粒重也就不同,这与灌浆过程中形成强弱势粒的原因有关。

Abstract: [Objective] In order to determine the grain filling character of different part of common buckwheat to provide a theoretical basis for high yield cultivation of common buckwheat. [Method] Fengtian 1 was used to investigate the grain-filling traits of different part by using Richards's equation in common buckwheat. [Result] The pattern of grain filling duration followed an "S" curve, which showed as slow-fast-slow. The initial growth power, the time with maximum grain-filling rates and the maximum grain-filling rates in grains of top branch of Fengtian 1 were the largest, while were the minimum of bottom branch. The contribution of different grain filling period to grain weight was followed by the order of middle stage > later stage > earlier stage. [Conclusion] Different parts of common buckwheat had the different grain filling rate, which lead to the different 100 grain weight and formed the strong and weak potential grain.
