Abstract: [Objective] Sichuan province as a major economy province in the west of China, the urban and rural dual structure is obvious, but the main issues of rural migrant workers have been stood out, the goal of this paper is to promote the process of urbanization of rural migrant workers and provide scientific basis for urbanization. [Method] Based on the exponential smoothing method and combining the related research results, costing specific detailed calculations for the citizenization of migrant workers in the private and public, predicting the cost of the citizenization of migrant workers in the future. [Result] Based on the model calculation, The result shows that the per capita cost of citizenization of migrant workers in Sichuan in 2014 is RMB 68 057.27. [Conclusion] In view of the high of per capita cost citizenization, it is necessary to put forward the cost sharing mechanism and channels of raising funds for the citizenization of migrant workers in Sichuan province.
