3个臭椿半同胞家系耐盐性比较研究

Salt Tolerance of 3 Half-sib Families of Ailanthus altissima

摘要: [目的] 对3个半同胞家系臭椿耐盐性进行比较研究,为臭椿在盐碱地的开发利用提供参考。[方法] 以3个臭椿半同胞家系为材料,采用温室土培盆栽试验,研究不同盐浓度对3个臭椿半同胞家系的生长和生理生化特性的影响,对不同半同胞家系间耐盐能力的差异进行了探讨。[结果] 盐胁迫明显抑制了3个臭椿半同胞家系的生长,而且盐浓度越高,生长抑制效应越明显;叶片相对电导率升高,丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量上升,可溶性蛋白含量降低;同时,过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性也有不同程度的升高。以测定的9种指标为判断指标,用隶属函数法对3个臭椿半同胞家系耐盐性进行评价,排序为安徽天长 > 河北临城 > 新疆鄯善。[结论] 3个臭椿半同胞家系均可以通过调整自身生长和生理特性来提高自己对盐胁迫的适应能力,表现出较强的盐耐受性;而不同臭椿家系的耐受能力有所差异。

Abstract: [Objective] The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of saline-alkali land by comparing the salt tolerance of 3 half-sib families of Ailanthus. [Method] The growth and physiological characteristics of three half-sib A. altissima under different salt stress were studied in order to clarify the effect of salt stress and the different salt tolerance ability among these three A. altissima. [Results] Seedling height and biomass were reduced by salt stress. The inhibition effect of growth increased with increasing salt concentration. The contents of relative con-ductivity, manlon-dialdehyde(MDA), free proline and soluble sugar of leaves were stimulated under salt stress but soluble protein content was reduced. In addition, the peroxidase and superoxide dismu-tase activities were also increased. [Conclusion] With membership function method, the order of salt tolerance ability of these three A. altissima was Tianchang Anhui > Lincheng Hebei > Shanshan Xinjiang.
