摘要/Abstract

摘要： [目的] 考察注射用伊维菌素混合胶束的急性毒性。[方法] 用简化寇氏法测定注射用伊维菌素混合胶束对小鼠腹腔注射的LD₅₀。将注射用伊维菌素混合胶束以1:0.8的组间剂量给试验小鼠一次腹腔注射,观察小鼠中毒及死亡情况,连续7d,计算LD₅₀并进行统计分析。[结果] 结果表明,注射用伊维菌素混合胶束毒性较小,较高剂量时才会出现不思饮食,少动等现象,其对小鼠腹腔注射的LD₅₀为102.40mg/kg,95%可信限范围为96.96~108.14mg/kg。[结论] 符合低毒标准,说明该药临床腹腔注射使用安全。

Abstract: [Objective] Observe the acute toxicity of ivermectin mixed micelles for injection. [Method] Modified karber's method was used to determine the LD₅₀ of ivermectin mixed micelles for injection in mice by injecting intraperitoneal. Mices were injected by different concentrations of ivermectin mixed micelles with the 1:0.8 inter-group doses, poisoning and death mice have been observed for 7 days. LD₅₀ calculation and statistical analysis were induced at last. [Results] The results showed that the LD₅₀ of ivermectin mixed micelles for injection was less toxic, and mice just appeared not eating, lack of exercise when getting a little higher doses. The LD₅₀ of ivermectin mixed micelles for injection in mice by injecting intraperitoneal was 102.40 mg/kg, and 95% confidence interval was 96.96-108.14 mg/kg. [Conclusion] It confirmed that this kind of ivermectin injection belongs to hypotoxicity and it is safety to peritoneal injection.
