磷酸钙对砖茶中氟的吸附特性及脱除效果研究

Effects of Tricalcium Phosphate on Adsorption and Removal of Fluorine in Brick Tea

摘要: [目的] 研究磷酸钙对砖茶中氟的吸附特性及脱除效果,为磷酸钙脱除砖茶中的氟提供理论依据。[方法] 采取吸附平衡及吸附动力学试验,评价磷酸钙对砖茶中氟的脱除能力。[结果] 磷酸钙对茶汤中氟的吸附符合Langmuir方程,对氟的吸附量随温度升高而增加,在70℃时,其最大饱和吸附量为10.627mg/g。磷酸钙对茶汤中氟的吸附可用拟二级速率方程进行拟合。在砖茶熬煮过程中,磷酸钙可有效降低茶汤中氟离子浓度达30%~50%,加盐熬煮对磷酸钙降氟影响小,但碱性条件下其脱除效果明显下降。同时,磷酸钙吸附降氟后的茶汤理化品质变化较小,感官品质仍符合砖茶的风味特点。[结论] 在茶汤体系下,磷酸钙可用于砖茶中氟的吸附脱除。

Abstract: [Objective] The experiment was conducted to study the effects of tricalcium phosphate on adsorption and removal of fluorine in brick tea soup. [Method] The adsorption equilibrium and adsorption kinetics were used in this study. [Results] Under the experimental conditions, fluorine adsorbed by tricalcium phosphate was well described by the Langmuir model. The adsorption capacity increased with rising temperature. The adsorption capacity was highest(10.627 mg/g) under the 70℃. Moreover, the adsorption kinetic of fluorine adsorption was also described by the pseudo-second-order rate model. 30%-50% of fluorine in the tea soup adsorbed by tricalcium phosphate during the process of boiling and the adsorption effect could be ignored when adding NaCl in the tea soup. However, the adsorption capacity was significantly lowered under the condition of alkaline. Meanwhile, there were a small changes in physical and chemical quality after adsorption and the sensory quality was still the brick tea flavor. [Conclusion] The tricalcium phosphate can be utilized to remove fluorine in brick tea soup.
