玉米高原地方种质改良自交系的配合力分析

摘要:

摘  要:【方法】以国内6个主要杂优模式群的12个代表自交系为母本,5个含高原地方血缘的自交系为父本,按照NCⅡ设计组配60个杂交组合,通过田间种植鉴定,对F1的单株产量等11个性状进行配合力分析。【结果】研究表明,各自交系的所有考察性状均存在显著或极显著的遗传差异。【结论】81111和8111沃具有较高的一般配合力,地方种质资源的改良取得了较好的效果,瑞德群体、旅大红骨与高原地方种质组配,易获得较强杂种优势。

Abstract:

Abstract: 【METHOD】In this study, 12 representative inbred lines from 6 main domestic pattern populations of heterosis were used as female parents as well as 5 inbred lines which contain local plateau  consanguinity as the male parents,and 60 combinations were made based on the  NCⅡ design,  then the combining ability of F1's 11 traits such as the yield per plant was analyzed by field identification. 【RESULTS】The results indicates that  all researched traits have significant or extremely significant genetic diversities among these inbred lines . 【CONCLUSION】The local inbred lines like 81111、8111WO shows high general combining ability,that means we have made a progress in the improvement of local germplasm resources,and it is easy to gain strong heterosis by combining Reid or Lvdahonggu group with the local plateau germplasm.
