雅安春季农田蜘蛛群落结构及其多样性

The Spider Biodiversity of cultivated field in spring of Yaan

摘要:

蜘蛛是多种农田害虫的重要天敌, 对于农作物具有积极的保护作用。由于蜘蛛群落结构随农田类型及时间的不同存在差异,研究不同农田类型蜘蛛群落的结构以及随时间变化的情况对于农作物病虫害的防治具有重要意义。本研究针对位于四川雅安市春季,小麦田,茶田,蚕豆田蜘蛛群落结构开展研究。我们共观察到24种蜘蛛,隶属于8科16属。在不同类型农田中,主要蜘蛛的多样性水平呈现明显差异,蜘蛛群落生物多样性依次为:小麦田最高,茶田最低。我们进一步研究了不同时间各生境蜘蛛种类和数量的变化情况,结果显示,不同时间各生境蜘蛛种类和数量呈现不同的变化趋势。

Abstract:

Spiders are generalist arthropod predators of pests. Since habitats limitation appears to be existence, it is necessary to study the spider community structures of different regions. We assessed the biodiversity of spider in the wheat, bean, and tea fields of Ya’an, which locates in Hengduan Mountains. In total, we observed that 24 species belonging to 8 families and 16 genera. The biodiversity decreased in the following sequence: wheat field, bean field, and tea field. In addition, we further studied the changes of spider community in spring. The results indicated that spider communities of different field present different variation tendency. Key words: spider; biodiversity; cultivated field; Ya’an; spring;
