中华倒刺鲃幼鱼鳃的扫描电镜观察

Fine Structure of the Gill Filament in juvenile Spinivarbus sinensis

摘要:

采用扫描电镜对中华倒刺鲃(Spinivarbus sinensis)幼鱼鳃的表面结构进行了观察。结果表明,鳃表面绝大部分区域被具有环形微嵴的扁平上皮细胞覆盖,鳃耙、鳃弓和鳃丝表面扁平上皮细胞的形状、大小及微嵴的形态各异;鳃弓表面除扁平上皮细胞外还有线粒体密集细胞和粘液细胞分布,鳃小片表面被大量粘液覆盖。同时对中华倒刺鲃幼鱼鳃不同区域扁平上皮细胞多样的形态结构与其生理功能之间的关系进行了探讨。

Abstract:

In this contribution, ultrastrcture of the gill filament in juvenile Spinivarbus sinensis was carefully investigated using scanning electron microscopy. The results show that gill filaments were covered by epithelium, whereas district morphology of microridges presented on the surface of pavement cells that distribute in gill rakers, gill arches and branchial filaments, respectively. Besides of pavement cells, both mitochondria-rich cells and mucous cells were identified in gill arches, and no more detail morphology was observed on the surface of lamellae whereas covering a mucus layer. Moreover, the relationship between the various morphologic structures and physiological function of pavement cells of S. sinensis was discussed.
